Information We Collect and How We Use It We collect personally identifiable information ("PII") data to identify, contact or locate a person, including name, address, telephone number or email address.  PII is collected in a variety of ways through the features provided on our sites, such as contests and sweepstake registration, when you communicate or otherwise interact with us.  As contest organizers, entrants’ PII is kept for the purpose of winner notifications only.   Personally Identifiable Information Anybody can access our site.  In particular, children can view content on our site.  However, by participating in our photo contest or voters’ sweepstake will require that a person provide PII.  Only entrants over 18 for the photo contest and entrants over 16 for the voter’s sweepstake are permitted to enter with age verification.  We do not collect PII from children under 13 or more PII than necessary for entrants to participate.  Neither do we sell or transfer any PII collected at our sites to third parties without his or her consent. Users can request to have their PII deleted simply by contacting us.  If at anytime a parent may be concerned, simply contact us by following the instructions described below. We do not actively solicit, request, or re-use any PII from visitors except in the following instances: Requests For Information and Feedback If people e-mail us with questions or comments and wish a reply, they need to provide an e-mail.  Real names need not be used to request e-mail replies. We will hold a user’s email address long enough to respond to the user and then delete it from our system after we have provided an answer. Contest and Sweepstake When entering the contest and sweepstake, entrants consent to receive e-mails from the Sponsors.  Entrants are required to provide their name, address, contact number, email address and date of birth.  The date of birth also provides us with verifiable information that entrants are at least 16 years of age.  Entrants can opt-out of the receipt of such e-mails by following the directions in any email received from Sponsors (of which we will advise you in the contest rules). You should carefully review the rules of the contest and sweepstake which you enter as they may contain additional important information about our or a sponsor's use of your PII. E-Cards and Tell-A-Friend The photo contest allows entrants to enter up to 10 email addresses as notification to their friends.  When using this Tell-A-Friend functionality, we will ask for recipients’ email addresses.
